St David's Day Celebrations, Noddfa Oaker Avenue 2011

This year's dinner was held on the 26th February 2011, with guest speaker Mr Gwyn A.Evans, F.R.C.S., Oswestry.

The 2012 dinner at Oaker Avenue will be on Saturday, 25th February
when the guest speaker will be Judge H. Eifion Roberts, Q.C., D.L.

The St David's Dinner at Willow Tree Road Welsh Chapel Altrincham will be on Thursday, 1st March 2012
Dinner in the chapel vestry at 7.00 pm with food prepared by 'The Stables', Altrincham. Entertainment to follow.

Celebration of St.David's Day 2010

 
The community at Noddfa Oaker Avenue have for many years celebrated St David's Day with a dinner prepared by the ladies of the church, followed by an address given by the guest speaker leading to the toast to 'Dewi Sant'. In 2010 the speaker was Dr Haydn Edwards, Llangefni. After 'calling the shires', the evening is rounded off with some entertainment provided by our own local stars.
